NIGHTS & WEEKENDS

MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
Hours: EARLY MORNINGS 5 am - 1:30 pm FLEXIBLE
Pay: starting at $7.75 - +
Description: Mainly janitorial, with a list of duties to be completed daily, involving little supervision. Prior experience will put you closer to suggested pay scale. Job starts as part time w/ more hours available as you learn position. Reliable work history is mandatory. Skills include: minimal electric, restaurant equipment, minimal plumbing & some carpentry.

FOOD PREP
Hours: 7am-11am 8am-12pm
Pay: Starting at $7.75 per hour
Description: List of duties to complete daily. Very little supervision involved. Requires working alone in the kitchen and preparing items from a set recipe. Some lifting and carrying required. All prepared food is done standing up a professional kitchen prep area. Clean up necessary. Schedule can be adjusted if necessary.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
Pay: $10.00 +
Description: Mandatory prior experience with a reliable work history will put you closer to premium pay scale. Skills Required: Some basic electric , carpentry, painting & plumbing knowledge. Restaurant & Refridgeration equipment knowledge, HVAC schooling or some experience a plus. This employee would work with experienced long-term employee at our 8 locations.

CLOSERS
Hours: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm to CLOSE
Pay: $7.75 +
Description: Front counter or grill work. Besides working a regular shift this person would be responsible for working with other employees to make sure all restaurant areas are cleaned and ready for opening manager the following day. Can be full or part time.
