401 (k)SALARIED RESTAURANT MANAGER
Hours: FLEXIBLE
Pay: $26,000-$40,000
Description: At McGraw Enterprises Inc., McDonald's Salaried Assistant Managers report directly to the General Manager and would be responsible for up to 15-20 employees at a given time. We are looking for an individual with strong management & restaurant experience. We will provide the opportunity to prove your skills and take over restaurant systems through our extensive training program.
Job Qualifications
Must have prior restaurant experience in any position* (quick service preferred)
Proven track record in management where employees reported directly to you.
Open availability
Must have great communication skills & leadership skills
Ability to handle a fast paced environment
*Without prior restaurant experience, you would have to go through McDonald's training program to be considered a hourly Shift Manager or Management Trainee where salary would be commiserate with restaurant skill level. The Management Trainee or Shift Manager must have open availability, work at least 1 weekend day, and pass all training classes required before a change in salary.
