• Free Meal Policy

  Crew are entitled to $5.00 worth of free meals per shift.

• Crew Insurance

  Our McCrew Care insurance has three different plans to choose from to help taylor to your specific needs. Ask for information at your orientation.

• Paid Vacation time

  Hours are accumulated 4 per month. The way to earn your hours is easy!! Be on time for work, work all of your scheduled shifts, and wear a neat and complete uniform each day.

• Flexible Hours

  We will work around your schedule. Babysitting, school schedules...whatever your needs may be.

• Uniforms are provided

  We will provide you with 2 complete uniforms. You will need to have black skid-proof shoes, which can be ordered and deducted from your payroll check.

• Crew Activities

  Crew Activities will occur on a regular basis. Things like swim parties, bowling parties, etc.

• Lots of Fun!!

  We guarantee you'll have a good time working at McDonald's!It's still work, we just have fun doing it!!
