Crew personnel have the opportunity to purchase basic coverage within 90 days of employment. You may also apply on the next open enrollment date.

We can come up with a schedule to fit your needs. Student's requests are particularly important to us. We want feedback from parents when scheduling. Some locations offer around the clock employment.

- SEMI-ANNUAL WAGE REVIEWS
You will receive a wage review 2 times per year. Your pay increase is based upon performance for the previous 6 months.

While working, crew members will receive 1 meal at 50% off. While working, Crew Trainers, Shift Managers & Salaried Managers will receive 1 free meal.
- PREMIERE TRAINING
The training you will receive is based upon the McDonald's restaurant systems and will included computer-based and one-on-one training. Management training courses are also eligible for college credits. Completing all management courses available is equivalent to an Associates Degree in Business.
