We are not always certain why there are difficulties with this program and we do appreciate your patience.  Try the following steps: 

1. If you cannot link to the assessment, just close the page and try again. 
2. The code is missing in the box, just close the page and try again. 
3. If closing the page does not work we suggest you turn off your firewall or pop-up blocker. 
4. The ability to link to the assessment is sometimes problematic with AOL, Mozilla, and Macintosh.  We suggest you try another computer.
5. Be sure and save the code and password propagated by Hiring to Win is case there is a break in the internet.  You can sign right back in and start where you left off.
6. Please contact the store manager link at the top of the home page for further instructions.
