Meet Rick & Dona McGraw!

When Rick McGraw went to work for a McDonald's restaurant earning $1.25 per hour, he had no idea he would one day head a multi-million dollar business that encompasses 9 McDonald's restaurants.  

In 1968 Rick was a student at the University of Wisconsin when he earned a promotion to a General Manager at a location in Schofield, WI. 

In December of 1978 he bought his first McDonald's in Litchfield, Illinois with his wife Dona and became a licensed owner operator.  By 1989 they purchased the Springfield, IL market.  They currently own Litchfield and 7 McDonald's locations in Springfield & Williamsville.
