| "Working at McDonald's has taught me many skills that have proven to be useful thus far in my everyday life. I have developed a value of hospitality and realize the need to make others best interests be my interests as well. I have also learned the importance of being a leader and that leadership is a very big responsibility. I have learned to work with others as a member of a team; this teamwork requires communication and cooperation. The teamwork skills that I have acquired from working at McDonald's will help me throughout my life in whatever career path I may choose to follow. In addition to helping me attain life skills, McDonald's has also inspired me to do my best in school." | |
| "My senior year of High School an incentive program was offered for students that made 'A's' on their report cards. I earned an extra $10 on my check for the first twenty A's. Now that I am in college, I am receiving aid with the cost of books. Motivation inspires people to do their best and I have always received a lot of motivation from working at McDonald's." | |
